Im pretty sure there is if they have the herbs Gotu Kola and Ginko Biloba. Use as a tincture. It worked for the ringing in my ears.

German health-care is one of the best in the world.
If you go in and ask for tetanus treatment the they will give you the best available. Sadly you may still die. 'The best' in healthcare still doesnt include miracles.
If on the other hand you meant tinnitus then the ringing in your ears will remain. (Actually tinnitus due to nerve damage is still pretty well untreatable)

I guess that depents what the reason of the tennitus is. But its not like in germany exists some kind of secret treatment, that is unknown in the rest of the world...
