eggs? She wants them scrambled. But if I beat them too much, they'll turn into an omelet. Right or no?

Beating an egg does not make an omelet. It makes a beaten egg. Try putting three eggs on a grill (dont even beat them) 1and a half minutes.
Throw some diced onions,chopped ham, and a
little provolone cheese on the eggs.Turn the eggs,
yes the yolks will break. 1 more minute and you have a great omelet.

The only way scrambled eggs will turn into an omelet is if you don't gently stir them while they are cooking. Just stir gently, make her eggs nice and fluffy and you won't have to worry about beating up anything! How nice of you to fix breakfast for your Sweetie! Have a great day! Annie

They will turn into an omelet if cooked on high heat. Add a sppon of milk and cook them in slow heat with a little bit of butter. Make sure you keep stiring them the entire time or if you want an easier way stirr them from time to time. The will become scrambled and not one unit that makes the omelet.
