The womans are they from Singapore ? If yes, = religion and macho culture I was a regular flyer on Singapur Airlines and this is the best in the world!, but never saw a woman pilot even co-pilot! It can be company politics and for keeping a certain image?

Not really discriminated, it is just there are few female pilots and then again, not many females make it through selection test and flying test. Hence the lack of female pilots in SIA. Not many females do consider flying as a job in Singapore. You can email me to discuss further if you like.

they are not discriminated but they r too delicate lol. there r few things you need to ponder :

1) imagine if the pilot is a female, what if she got pregnant w/o knowing it
2) the monthly recycle..there will be inconvenience...

well, i'm not sure, but if Singapore is a Muslim country, it may have to do with this, muslims usually put women in second place...
