Nitrogen 14 number of protons Z=7 neutrons N=A-Z = 14-7 =7
For the number of electrons: for a neutral atom number of electrons = number of protons so 7

Cs = cesium 137
number of protons Z=55,
number of neutron 137-55 =82
number of electrons Z=55 in neutral state. But often Cs looses an electron and becomes a positive ion Cs+ with 54 electrons

no. of protons in Nitrogen-14
=Atomic number
=7
no. of neutrons in N-14
=Atomic Number-no.of protons
=14-7
=7
in a Nitrogen atom in the ground state, number of electrons=no.of protons=7

no. of protons in Cesium-137
=Atomic Number
=55
no. of neutrons in Cesium-137
=Atomic Mass-No.of protons
=137-55
=82
in a Cesium atom in the ground state, number of electrons=no.of protons=55
