I would save the puppy. Why? Because the puppy will grow up to be a dog, and the dog could save your life, or at least be exciting (the cat would just grow up and sleep a lot).

Both. And then I'd kill the kitten EVEN MORE painfully than what it was going to get anyway. And I'd save the puppy :)
But if it was a rat dog (a sh*tsue, a terrier or anything like that) then I'd kill them both.
I hate cats, since 12 kittens jumped on my face and scratched it and made it septic when I was 6.

I would save the kitten, cuz I like cats better. But I would feel sorry for the poor puppy my whole life.

If you have to choose then choose neither... because if you love them both and you only get the choice to choose one, then one day you'll look at one and it'll always remind you of the other.. so just let them go, but if you are that cruel kind of person, choose the dog!
