Well, the Koreans walked across the Bering Land Bridge about 15K BC. The Vikings had mail service to Greenland, 1K CE. There's evidence that suggests Moors, Portuguese and even Romans were blown across the Atlantic. On the west coast, some believe there's a Chinese Anchor in San Fransisco Harbor. The Polynesians and even ancient Phoenicians had the sailing nohow to get here. We've always been the melting pot. The only thing Columbus was successful at was genocide.

This is evidence that the Vikings came to the New World before Columbus. There is also some thoughts that the Chinese had visiting the Pacific coast. I am not sure if this has been pr oven.
