Should it be fair if a woman from lets say Asia gets pregnant there boards a plane for America and gives birth here, should her baby be a US citizen? Even if that's has her plan all along so she wouldn't have to go back home

If you had the chance to give your child the best for a happy future then would you take it?

If your law allows that a child born in your country is automatically a citizen then you tell me what constitutes 'fair'.

You have a speed limit of 50 mph. Why call it unfair if someone drives at 50?

I dont think its fair either. If she was in the US and became pregnant then had the baby I would see that as fair. But if she were say into her pregnancy and came here just for that purpose I would say send her and the baby back without US citizenship status.

I think its fair...a lot of people have been doing it. Look at agelina jolie who gave birth out of the country just so her baby would be of that nationality. I think theres nothing wrong with it..

In my opinion, I dont think that we own land anyways. Although society isnt like that and never will be, I think that a person should have the freedom to live where ever they want to matter where he/she is originally from. God did't make the earth so us humans can dictate where another person should live. If this woman wants to live in the U.S. then so be it. If this is the only way by law that she can stay here then so be it.

No I do not think its fair - what is she doing travelling so far into her pregnancy - it is blatantly obvious - she should be sent back baby as well.
