I'm sticking to my prediction at the beginning of the season...Mets Twins in the World series with Mets winning in 5!

Mets are lucky since no matter what they do, there is no pressure since everyone focuses on the Yankees. I dont root for the Mets but they are trying to become the old Yankees and rule the NL East

It's a LONG season and then the playoffs!! The Mets will not make it past the playoffs, and certainly NEVER past the Red Sox if ever the Mets luck out and make it to the World Series.

the reemergence of the mets is thanks in large part to Omar minaya and him finding players like endy and Franco Maine and El duque and turning their careers around
