Starting pitcher Darrell Rasner (5/20, fractured right index finger ) is on the 60-day disabled list. Starting pitcher Philip Hughes (5/2, strained left hamstring/sprained left ankle) is on the 15-day disabled list and is out indefinitely. Starting pitcher Jeff Karstens (4/29, fractured right fibula) is on the 15-day disabled list and is out indefinitely. Starting pitcher Carl Pavano (4/10, reconstructive right elbow surgery) is on the 15-day disabled list and will miss the remainder of the season.
