I think it happens all the time! Think about Christmas! Aren't we all happily anxious to be together? Even when it comes to making speeches, I have found being anxious can really make me a better speaker. When I am selling items in our store, I can be excited and anxious in a way that helps me to sell. I take the anxiety and turn it into a happy feeling that makes me truly more interesting.

No!
It is always a bad thing.
You cannot be "healthy" anxious because anxiety is a "thing" out of your control.
You just ends up getting more and more anxious.
It is not a good think. I recommend you to try to control your anxiety instead of trying to find any "good anxienty".
That is just an excuses for a problem.
I am a very anxious person and I really don't like it. I am very stressed and nervous.
And I can say. That is NEVER good.

Anxiety on account of others' well being and comfort, (not tension, just the concern), is good! anxiety to do well in exams, in your job, is a good motivator! yes, it is possible to be anxious in a good way!
