Agreed, isn't that part of the 'right to life, liberty, and pursuit to happiness" talked about in the Declaration of Independence?

Okay, it appears you do not have all of the facts.

Now repeat after me
Currently in AMerica you can receive medical attention 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. That my friend is universal health care.

Now what you really meant to say is you want someone else to pay your bills. right? Go ahead an admit it, it will make you feel better to tell the truth.

Let me add a point that you are either ignoring or are unaware of, the health care I mentioned above, if you are indigent the care will still be provided, free.

So there you have it, there is no problem.

I like you comment about the 2nd Amendment, but I cannot find the Amendment about free health care. What is the number of that one?

And while we are on the subject of FREE, could you get the gov to send me a new M249, or heck I will even take a used M60, okay?

A RIGHT is not the same as FULFILLMENT.
I have a right to own a gun, but the government is certainly not going to GIVE me one. (Heck, in many states, it's very difficult to even get a gun!)

You have the RIGHT to purchase health insurance--either through your job or on your own. And, in the event of an emergency, you can be treated at any emergency room...
However, you do NOT have the RIGHT to have that medical care paid for by the government (i.e. the taxpayers).

Edit:
I have to add that I believe this is the first time I've agreed with trouble maker. LOL

What right . to garnish my paycheck to save your life .
I like reduced competition in the market and workplace . Your death only creates opportunity for others . Would you hand over your home to live .
Since Florida has enacted laws that prevent a persons home from being taken away for debts other then government ones . You can have a 300,000 home paid for and receive 400,000 worth of life saving medical care and nothing can be done to collect that money .
You should be forced to sell your home or die .
I am tired of people surviving off the backs of others .

What a load of horse cock, you have a right to get a freaking job and purchase health care just as I do. You also have the right to leave this country or wallow in self pity and excrement but don't expect me to pick up the tab for you stupidity.

I too am standing by for my free weapon of choice provided by the government - I would prefer a P90 please - ASAP, does that include ammo?

Health care and the insurance you have is YOUR responsibility. It's not the government's responsibility. Just like protecting our families from people trying to break into our homes is our responsibility in absence of immediate police presence.

No one says you do not have a right to health care. What the argument is who's paying for it. Buy all the health care you want - if you are not insane and don't have a violent criminal record you can buy all the guns you want.

The only reason liberals suggest there is a "right" to something is so they can tax working people to pay for this "right." A "right" to health care, a "right" to pre-k, a "right" to an abortion (which dems want the taxpayer to pay for).

Define it as a right = gov't pays= more votes from those who get the "rights"

When is the last time you were turned away in an emergency room because you couldn't pay? never.
We do not expect the government to furnish us with guns and bullets either.
You may want to think of better reasoning, this sucked.

You do have that right. And just like your firearm, you should pay for it.

Since when did the government begin issuing guns to it's private citizens? Mine are paid for out of my own pocket.
