I don't know for your area but here in Ontario you would take your goats to the local sales barn. Goat meat is very popular here with certain ethnic groups on holidays such as Easter. There must be a sales barn in your area, or you could go into a city and look for a place there.

Sale Barn is probably the place to sell them. What you need to do. Look in your phone book blue pages (State/Federal Numbers) Under County Offices for your county find "Cooperative Extension Service" call these people, your tax money pays for this and they a great source of free information and help. Also, you may want to ask about Goat Milk? It can be a good business as many Hospitals use this milk for babies.

AHHHH GOAT MEAT!

The Filet Mignon of Albanuan Patriots and Hispanic gamblers.

Try the Kosher and Halal butchers in your area or even set up a web based goat meat emporium - you can either overnight the cuts or place a webcam on one of the goats heads and have folks make a cyber meal out of them
