i assume i'm overdue to the Ford bashing occasion. I definitely have a 1992 Ranger 4.0 V6 with 305000 mi. without engine or tranny issues. i'm now using a 2001 F150 group cab 5.4 V8 with 355000 mi. without engine or tranny issues. I stay in Colorado and force frustrating in city, street and 4x4 roads searching and fishing. in simple terms replace the oil each and every 3-5k. You be the choose.
