I believe you can simply put in the CD that came with it and you can configure it that way.

Also, you can type 192.168.0.1 into a browser and type in the user name and password for the router and then edit your settings that way.

The default username is probably something like admin and the password is probably password or something like that.

you need the install CD. And netgear is great, you put the CD in and it tells you step by step what to do.
