I have heard of groups like this; they're all based on the 12 steps of Alcoholics Anonymous. Unresolved anger is the core issue that drives the compulsive, self-destructive behavior of all alcoholics and addicts. The A.A. Big Book states, "resentment was the number one offender."
So, even if you can't find a group that deals only with destructive emotions like anger, you might try attending a few A.A. meetings to see if their stories and reactions to life events resonate with you.

There should be in your community. Call your courts juvenile or adult there should be someone their to direct you.
