Yeah, Roger Clemens is well past his prime, and the Yankees were probably dumb to pick him up. However, they have all the money in the world so it doesn't really matter if he does nothing.

Clemens is a washed up, old, self-loved pitcher. Who is surprised? He's not back to help losers, and once he realized his presence would not be a blip on their radar screen, he dropped out. He's in it for headlines, not for the Yankees.

Yah! He will not start monday agianst the White Sox. Torre says he will have to wait for two weeks or so
