Previous condition ? did it work ?
Browser IE 6 Or IE7 ?
If you click a link on a website, if it does not open
reinstall IE.
An alternate browser is always handy to locate problems.
Try FireFox from http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/

Clear off ur temperory internet files/cookies. If tat doesnt work
Update ur internet xplorer. Make sure u have installed IE patches.

need more details like what web browser you have what version of the browser and what operating system you have oh yeah it's obvious that no links work
