I had gone on holiday with some of my friends and we where all in our room talking and one of my friends said lets talk about who we fancy, then annother friend said but most of us can't because we're going out with people so I said jokingly you can still fancy someone and go out with someone (I am not going out with anyone) then one of my "friends" goes you w.h.o.r.e and then said she was joking I feel hurt by this but can't tell my mum because she will get her in trouble and I have told her stuff I don't want people to know and she can be a bully at times, do I confront her or let it go? HELP!

You could confront her in a nice way when the two of you can sit down, alone, over a soda or coffee and you can tell her that when she called you that it hurt your feelings. I REALLY DO believe that she was joking because you are not a run-around. Sometimes friends say things like that because they ARE your friend; it's just teasing. Did you ask any of the others there what they thought about it? They ALL know you are a good girl. Maybe you won't have to confront her - if she never did anything to hurt you before, give her another chance. If she does it again then she isn't your friend and be glad you found out! Believe me when I say I think it was supposed to be harmless even though none of us likes to be the blunt of a joke like that. Keep your chin up!

What she said was insensitive, but at the same time, I think you are letting it bother you way to much. You know you aren't a whore, so why are you letting this bother you so much? Let it go. Sometimes people say stupid things trying to make other people laugh. I'm sure she meant nothing by it and I bet she didn't think you would take it so personally either, or she wouldn't have said it. If she really thought that about you, would she be friends with you?

my advice would be to stop trusting this girl and telling her so much as thi is only giving her things to hold against you. If you like, you could calmly tell her that you were hurt by what she siad but that you're not going to tell anyone because that would be stooping to her lever, and that you're a better person than that.

I'm sorry you're having friend trouble, I know how you feel. Good Luck!

genuine, a whore is somebody who sleeps around alot, so i definately do no longer think of you're a style of!!!! Sounds to me like your friends are merely jealous which you would be able to and DO flirt with adult adult males. Do they flirt with adult adult males besides as you do? Or do they locate chatting with adult adult males no longer uncomplicated??? in the event that they do then they are probable merely jealous which you get extra guy interest than they do. i does no longer problem approximately it that plenty. yet while it does not end quickly, then possibly you ought to think of roughly some new acquaintances????

I have friend and she calls me a lot of bad things, including whore, but I know she is just jokin around with me, cause I do the same with her sometimes. If you don't know if your friend was joking around go ask her if she was and if she wasn't then just forget about if. Your the one with no boyfriend and you can talk about who you like all you want to. Trust me I have some whores that go to my school, and you ain't anything like them.

well r u bothered that she called u a W****? if yes then u r at fault because frankly speaking i think u should be accountable only to ur consience and no one else. suppose if u gift someone a dress and she dosent accept it wat will u do ? u will have to take it back. In the same way ur frnd has insulted u. she says u r a w****. She is giving u a present, a gift..may be in a form of insult. Now it is upto u to accept it or not. If u dont accept it, it wont trouble u but it will go back to her. she has to take back wat she says coz u arent accepting it. If u can do this thing..ie if u can remain unflickered by such insults and behaviour most of ur problems would be solved.....best of luck.

As you noticed she is not really your friend. What would a confrontation bring? Would she change? Do you want her to change? Is she important to you? If not, then just let go, treat her like you treat other people you know but are not particularly fond of.

Its only a word. If she even knew what it meant she would never accuse someone of being it for simply fancying someone. Fancying people is normal, calling other people a whore isn't.
