Yes, the same umpiring crew handles all of the games. Umpires rotate positions, so there will not be the same ump behind the plate.

Umpires work as a team and the team umpires the entire series. They rotate duties with one calling balls and strikes. He moves to third base for the next game and then on to second for the next and on to first if it is a four game series.
