I'm confused...you're asking 3 different questions:

FIRST:
A guitar AMP is an amplifier. This is what boosts the signal it receives from the guitar and allows you to control it's output, gain, EQ, etc. An amp makes no sound by itself.
A guitar CAB is a speaker cabinet. This houses speakers that connect to an amplifier. These speakers also do not produced sound on their own. But when an AMP and CAB are put together, there you have it!
SECOND:
You can hook your 25W combo to a 100w amp. This would essentially be "pre-amping" the 100w with the 25w. I doubt this will making it louder, but I do think that it will give it more gain (overdrive). It will definitely make your 100w run hotter. Doing that kind of stuff is pretty hard on your gear. Needless to say, I would NOT recommend doing this...especially not for an extended period of time.
THIRD:
All you need is a couple of regular 1/4" guitar cables.

good luck

you can use the same cord on that amp all the amp will do is make it louder.
