The number is definitely in the minus territory.

Iraq has been destabilized and the borders opened to terrorists. A civil war is going on being sectarian groups. Tens of thousands of Iraqis have been killed who would otherwise be alive, even taking into account Saddam’s brutality. Nearly 3500 American troops have died and we are hundreds of billions of dollars more in debt and counting. Bush’s policies have aided jihadist recruitment worldwide and the US has lost prestige and respect. Even a stable Iraq would probably be a Shiite-dominated theocracy allied with Iran. The harm that has been done was unnecessary and unjustifiable.

Saddam would not have put up with any of the bushwa that is happening there now.I guess I would have to say one.Gary,I support the troops and am a Vietnam Vet.The troops are great, but after 4(!)years things are worse than ever! The troops are the reason for a rating of 1.Otherwise,it would be way in negative territory

As a military person and a supporter of the troops mission I would say a 5, (but do not support a defeat platform) but I will not be those on the left that just measure on Bias....Glad we didn't politicize in WW2 wondered all the left that would be calling for a complete withdraw in 1943 when the first 3 years of that war were marked with no notable achievements and tens of thousands of US casualties....

Depends on how you look at it.

White House version, a plus 8

American public version, a plus 3 (based on Bush's approval rating)

Republican version, a plus 6

Democrat version, a plus 2

The world, a minus 20

The average Iraqi, a minus 120

My version, a minus 9,478

I predicted the screw up in advance, as well as millions of other Americans. That is why my score and millions of others is so low.

Is there a number lower than zero?

The numbers we should be thinking about are over 3,500 young soldiers, cut down in their prime. And for what? To satisfy the secret plans of greedy old men, who are sitting safely in their spacious offices here at home.
