When I am on the computer and mail comes in there used to appear a little dog holding mail -?

It would come up in the bottom right-hand corner of my screen. How can I get it back?

Are you using Outlook?

If you are, you turned off your "Office Assistant" and possible mail notifications.

Go to help>office assistant.

Depends on what program you are running. Try the site below and may there is some thing there that can help if it is a microsoft product.
