There were several as I was growing up. My father owned a small "Donut & Pastry" business. By watching how he mixewd, rolled, cut, fried and other parts of the operation, I got to be a pretty fair baker.
When I went into the restaurant business I watched the best operators. I imulated and followed their methods as to handle employees as all facides of the business.
When I decided to take up playing "pool & billiards", again I watched the better players and asked their advice on the ins & outs of the game, the best cue sticks, just everything that I needed to know to become a better player.
There have been many others. I'm a firm believer that if you want to improve at anything, you need to watch and go to the best for help.

My 2 Jack Russells they motivate me by making me get out of bed in the morning ( I HAVE to take them outside to go to the bathroom.) I take them walking in the mornings because I love them and it's my responsibility as a good dog owner. I keep them checked by the vet and have all their shots and both have been fixed. I got the white male from the local shelter and then adopted a female from the Jack Russell Rescue. I am still learning about them it seems like an ongoing journey and I am loving every minute of it. My Father and Mother are deceased and they were my motivators you are so blessed to have this relationship with your Father.

There have been several over the years. It is not easy for me to sit back and let others do i all.

Many also say they don't like to work with me because they have a very hard time keeping up.

Well that used to be and now I am getting old I am sure they can keep up and pass me easily. I do keep trying thoug.

my mom has always done that to me. I mean just remebering all the times I needed someone to talk to and she was there and how much she took to take care of me and my two brother when we were little. She's always been my best friend and I thank God for her. She has been the one who's motivated me to be the person that I am and try my best in whatever I do.

She had surgery on her leg when I was
a little girl. I remember watching her
learn to walk again. She's an amazing
woman!

You Eric. You always have thought-provoking questions and you are so faithful to the cause. One piece of advice. Someone is one person so it is by watching him or her and what he or she does. Pronouns must agree. Keep up the great work! Your buddy.
