Depending on the presentation they would be caled table tents or suggestion cards. Suggestion cards normally sit inside a condiment holder but does the same thing as a table tent. A table tent would be free standing and normally have multiple items to display from the front and back and maybe multiple sides.

and I usually move them out of the way for the guest so they don't get in thier way.
I guess because I myself find them annoying.
