What's up with my boobs??

I started growing when I was 9, and they didn't get much bigger. They are occasionally sore but they only have some muscle. There's not fat! What's up with that and how can i get more fat there. they seriously look weird! Help plzz!

Ok... and how old are you now and what size are you?

You could grow in the breast until your 20's.

Age 24 is considered the cut off line for breast growth.
So if your younger then that all you can do is wait for now.
