Ive always had a problem with my chest- everytime I run or even dance it wobblies up and down like a yoyo regardless of wearing many different types of bras and getting measured up to ensure I am wearing the right size. What do I do as this problem is embrassing me!

My daughter has the same exact problem. She seems to have it under control now though. What she does is that when she is doing athletic stuff, she wears two bras on top of each other. Wear your regular sized bra first, then put on a bra which is the same width around but one size bigger on top. Trust me it will work. Try to do this with top-of-the-line bras, though.

Well, the best sports bra is a must for any type of excercise, but daily breast muscle strengthening excercises will help to shorten and strengthen the surrounding muscles.
Stand straight, lock your hands on the opposite forearms, lift the locked arms straight in front of you and squeeze your hands and push on your forearms. You will find you are moving the breast muscles.
Do this fifty times a day throughout life,it's a winner!!

You are not in the right size bra if they are not stable, OR you are so huge not even the best bra is holding you down.

Go get sized at Nordstrom's or JCPenney's or Sears (not victoria secret, they size wrong-personal experience!). Then find a supportive bra. When you try it on in the fitting room, jump and run in place, do jumping jacks. If they jiggle, get a smaller band size or a smaller cup size till they stop jiggling.

Sadly enough I dont have that problem LOL, But really sounds like you need a bra with more support. Or if you are really bothered by it and are bigger then what you want, get a breast reduction. This can also help if you are having back pain. Other then that I guess just stop running or dancing!

I have large breasts and I've found that the only way to keep them from bouncing while I'm working out is to wear two sports bras at once. It keeps everything under control.

Even with the best sports bra you will still jiggle.
It is embarrassing.
But a well fitting, sometimes snug, sports bra with an underwire works really well. It won't stop the whole jiggle but will make it more unnoticable.
It is then easier to deal with and less painful after sports.

I was told by a military guy that has training with women to wear 2 sports bras instead of one. It works for me and I am huge.
