PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE
read the link below..!!!! It will give you ALL the answers on dog training from an EXPERIENCED dog trainer that knows what he's doing. He has sites on PREVENTING DOG BITES IN CHILDREN and reading his info has totally transformed how I train my dogs.. apart from the fact I refuse to crate train. They go into my laundry instead. He is simply brilliant... You need to TRAIN your dogs... they are not trained AT ALL. He has really fantastic dvd's on dog training.. pls just read what he has to say on things like pup training and children and dogs.

the thing with certain breeds is they'r eknown for their level of energy. Your Jack Russell and my terrier mix are both examples of such breeds. Unfortunatley, like you , I did not learn this until I got the dog. You may want to "bone" up on your dog breed information before getting a new family member. But for the ones you have, you should read online or at the book store info on how to train this breed.

im sorry to say jack russels are very entergetic dogs. they wont calm down for anybody and they have a mind of there own. i had a scottish terrier and he was that way. its a "terrier" thing. if you have a fenced in yard let them run free. if not get someone that can run with them. they need lots and lots of exercise.
good luck if you have any more questions i-m me or e-mail me- imurbeachbabe@yahoo.com
good luck again

Jack Russells are such hypo energetic dogs!!!! take them to training and don';t stop training until they obey you 100%. Otherwise when the bub comes your attention will be on him/her and the dogs will go 'ferral'. Get on the case now and get professional training.
