yes of course it's normal its water retention, also for your head to turn 360 degrees and spew green vomit, to have spots like mount Vesuvius to torture your boyfriend in cruel and unusual ways, eat three tons of chocolate then cry uncontrollably all of these things are perfectly normal at least to my experience and I'm a man!

It is so common that most woman suffer from weight gain before a period is due.
It is caused by your body collecting extra fluid and not expelling it as it should every day.
Woman also suffer from an extreme form of extra fluid collecting called oedema.
And that the period (this is gross) blood does weigh extra.
It's all to due with those wonderful hormones.
The extra weight will go as soon as your period is finished.

Yes its absolutely normal. Its called waterweight. Your body starts retaining water at the start of your period, and then as it ends, you urinate all of it out. You can gain up to five pounds waterweight. There are certain pills which control it, but they are very dangerous and I don't reccomend them. You'll be losing the weight in a few days, who cares! So don't weight yourself again until a day or two after your period ends. I hope that this helped and good luck!

do no longer confuse weight with fat. it is common for women to hold fluid for the time of their era. I benefit as much as 7lb the day my era starts. that's how i realize it is coming as a results of fact i'm so strange. the burden is in simple terms water although and could disappear down the rest room over the subsequent day or 2. in case you attempt to lose fat then do no longer project what the scales say the week of your era as a results of fact this water benefit will cancel out the burden of any fat you have lost. stick to your weight-help plan and the week after the scales will tutor a stable weightloss.
