cant play videos in my sony ericson w 550 i!!!?

hey frenz actually i got a sony ericson w 550i cell...but wen i put some vidoes in it,but it doesnt open..wats da problem yarr..cant do nything..wat to do?? gimmi all possible suggestions dears.also in whch file extenstion can i download vidoes to ma cell? hw to convert file extension? plz help

i had a problem with my w800i. it wouldn't recognize the memory stick was inserted, is that like your problem?
I had to use a MS to USB adapter, copy the files, then erase all files off the memstick. then when I put it in the phone it was recognized and I suppose reformated. then I went back to the adapter and reloaded the music files.
