So I come home from a party last night, flip on the tube, and some wrestling non-sense was on instead of Saturday Night Live. Now I know the writing has gone down a little on SNL, but NBC wouldn't seriously pull one of the longest running shows in history would they? Is this just a summer thing? Did some sort of sporting event run long and I just didn't stay up late enough?

Saturday Night Live would have been a rerun anyway, even if it were on.
Here's why...
Last Monday was a national holiday - Memorial Day, and the season ends for most shows like SNL and, typical each year is that all the talk show hosts, Leno, Letterman, Kimmel, etc take advantage of it by extending the holiday by taking off the entire week. So, even the producer's of the SNL reruns were off for the week.
NBC saw an opportunity to promote that wrestling program, "Saturday Night's Main Event", in order to grow a larger audience of wrestling fans that will be primed and ready when NBC announces the next "big event" in wrestling since World Wrestling has had good ratings anytime it's been shown.

the worldwide information became speaking immediately approximately that.....had a panel of four newshounds.......they admitted the media became biased in desire of Obama.....that's frightening through fact maximum young ones merely get their information from the media. What ever happens ...the media should not be the only electing the subsequent president. shall we are hoping a minimum of a few certainly look on the records of those human beings and vote with their heads.

The season ended last week or the week before. Anyway, the week Zach Braff and Maroon 5 were on was the last new episode til next season.
