My dad shut texting off on my phone, is there away I can still get ringtones without having to retrieve them?

whatever ringtones you have already downloaded or purchased -you can still use. Texting has nothing to do with ringtones unless you are using those companies on tv. Who is your mobile carrier ?

Texting and ring tones are two different programs
The text was shut off by the carrier.
But ring tones should still be available in your features. You can check them on the phone itself. Or have your dad call the cell company maybe they shut off the ringers by mistake.
I used to work for Vz and know how to turn on and off. And several employees made mistakes.
