The immune system does not DIRECTLY affect your sex life. It is responsible for your susceptibility to disease. The immune system fights off many diseases. If it is weak, you are more likely to get sick. Obviously, being sick will effect your sex life. There is also the issue of your susceptibility to sexually transmitted disease.
Still it is always a good idea to do everything you can to have a strong immune system. That means eating healthy foods...especially those rich in antioxidants. It would be a good idea to take a potent multivitamin too.
It also means getting a good night's sleep (there might be some impact on your sex life there...lol). Sleeping is when your body repairs itself.

Your immune system protects you from diseases. But if you have unprotected sex you could end up with STD's so yes, your immune system does affect your sex life.

Ever hear of HIV and diabetes? They are autoimmune deficiency syndromes and diseases. HIV can be acquired from indiscriminate sex and diabetes can cause a form of impotence. Those are two examples of immune system effects on sexual life.

If your immune system is not performing properly it can affect every aspect of your life.
