I have alot of stress, and I'm not really sure how I deal with it, I just keep telling myself that things will get better. If it's really bad, I take xanax

You must have a mechanism to handle stress, every human nature varies in nature. only by knowing yourself you can find best mechanism. some people use sports, some use sex, some use shopping, so on. so know more about yourself, you will know the answer.

Just have a walk at the garden breathe in fresh air, play computer game and watch tv drama.

I write it all down. I talk to myself. I say to myself what bothers me and what should i do to stop the stress. Look deep within yourself first.

I usually do one of several things:
I go running
I play my bass (LOUDLY)
I take a cloud break (lay in a nearby field and watch clouds)
I spend time with my kids.
