LOL i just got a new complete set o guitar effects, the all-in-one kind.......does anyone know any sites or books that shows us correct effect/preset settings for a particular song? Like for example all the effects used in the song 'Under a glass moonlight' by dream theater....pls

I am not aware of a "cookbook" to emulate other musician's sounds, but half the "fun" is figuring it out.

It's about having fun (but if you can make a buck too...what the hey), so enjoy.
