I was given a pushchair that I have cleaned up the best I can, but it still smells 'musty'

Try airing it out in the sun for two or three days. Be sure to bring it in before 3 p.m. so it doesn't get damp from the dew.

You could also try wiping it down with vinegar, or sprinkling it with baking soda, letting it sit 24 hours, then vacuuming it. But the sun is a very powerful deodorizer!

The best thing I've found is
100% Natural Non-Aerosol
Pure Citrus
Orange Air Freshener Eliminates Odors Naturally
You can buy it where they sell air fresheners in your grocery store
Good Luck! Hope it works as well for you.
