in a neutral point of view...are there only advantages in medical science? if there are the disadvantages, what are the possibilities?...need help in bringing up some keypoints in these 2 specific areas..

It's only my opinion..........
No what they should do is find a medium between discoveries of medicine and help for a better quality of life. That is why they had to come up with a way to prevent continued existence on life support. ie; brain wave testing.
