I'd say when I was 24. I was lean and mean. Ready to go at a moments notice. Able to stay up to all hours and be on time for work the next morning.....What happened! That's seems like yesterday.....

Angel ♥ Girl great answer!

There had not been a single prime for me. Emotionally and intellectually my prime is now. My enjoyment of myself and my life prime is now also. I had two financial primes, 1973 and 1996. 1996 was also my physical health prime. My spiritual prime was about 4 years ago with great hopes and plans for the future. My sexual prime was somewhere between 23 and 35. My physical strength prime was at 18. My physical conditioning prime was 24. My attractiveness to the opposite sex prime was 30-35.
As I can't point to a single prime I have to say that, overall, I'm in my prime now and getting better as I get older.
Great, provocative question.

I feel the prime of my life was when I was in my 30's and became a mother...
I was so healthy and happy way back then, and now I am some 20 years later and not healthy...

When I was 19, the best year of my life, 1992. I trained 6 days a week, and nothing ever made me feel bad. I never had a penny and couldn't care less. Sex was fantastic, and so were my dreams.

At about age 25 when I was mature, responsible and had freedom. However, my children have made my life complete and I often wonder how I ever lived without them.
