How about calling you...misdirected. This is the Computers and Internet section, your question has nothing to do with that. In answer to it though...maybe the Crips and Bloods are going international!

I am not absolutely sure your statistics are correct but can only observe the following.Young black men are disadvantaged.They are not able to get decent jobs with reasonable career prospects and can only often get the most menial low paid jobs,if they can get a job at all.This will create resentment and the desire to have what other better paid people have. It may just be envy but there is also a get your own back type of attitude and a black gang of muggers will get a sense of retribution against society as well as the immediate financial rewards of the robbery.Other races who are not so disadvantaged will see a proportionately less number of it's members committing this sort of crime.They don't have the grudges and they are not so desperate financially.
