Go deep inside yourself and grasp the sense "I am". Understand this sense of presence or presence awareness. All this life, we have identified ourselves with this temporary body/mind. A person 70 years old will look in the mirror and see a 70 year old reflection, yet will feel no different than their first memories of life. Remember your first day of school? The same eternal existence, or presence that was with you then in that young body/mind is with you now, and will be until you leave this temporary vehicle of consciousness. This is the sense of presence that is eternal, ever fresh and now. It is cloaked by the external world and the perceived temporary problems of our life. Due to the transitory nature of memories, thoughts, emotions, reactions, likes and dislikes, desires, body/mind, etc this flow of consciousness can be considered unreal or a dream. The eternal real nature of existence is in this presence awareness, or sense 'I am" that we overlook much like we overlook the air we breath. We exist beyond the dream, our eternal essence gives light to this temporary dreamworld. This eternal, obscured sense of presence, or existence can be called Self or God.

Dreams in our sleep usually quickly turn into nightmares and we have no control over that, in this reality or dream of reality we have choices that can either cause us s great deal of stress ( or a nightmare), but when our actions are governed by wise decisions we can reap success, therefore i really don't care if i were in a dream i can still enjoy the life i have now

i have tried asking myself that question many times before. what if life really is a dream? and maybe we are all living in a dream within a dream.. i guess the fact that we ask ourselves this kind of question makes us realize that this is reality, that we really exist. we get hurt, we get sad, we get happy sometimes. We live. it's that simple i think.

in case you are able to no longer tell the version, then what does it remember? i recognize that I exist, and that's stable adequate for me. once you're a figment of my mind's eye then you certainly're fortunate you obtain this numerous my time! Btw, your dream analogy falls aside exceedingly immediately... they say you are able to no longer die in a dream, you are able to no longer experience soreness, etc, yet those are issues you're able to do in actual existence. So "actual existence" can't be a dream consistent with se. Saul
