On Thursday I went out with some friends for a joint birthday celebration. On Friday, my son took me to see the Who, live in Swansea. Saturday, I went to Bristol to meet an old schoolfriend whose birthday was last week for another joint celebration. Tonight I'm going out for a meal with my other son. And it's not even my birthday until tomorrow. The diet starts on Tuesday.

Let's see... what did I do? I think I took myself to Ruby Tuesday's or something, then after my meal I went to get an aqua massage... and then I think I got some frozen yogurt from this one site in the mall. I like that. I usually don't get anything for birthdays or Christmas unless I buy it myself... quite unfortunately. My birthday is sooo close to Christmas so I annually get quite lost in the shuffle never to be remembered hardly. I still have not gotten the Nascar hat I've wanted. Ahhh well.

My wife has booked at table at Holbeck Ghyll restaurant in the Lake District....a lovely Michelin starred restaurant...and would you believe it we got some vouchers in the post for some money off.......so how lucky was that?
Only £20 each off though, and as the wine is about £40 a bottle before you even start on the food it is still going to be a very expensive night....but well worth it....she is great at organising things and surprises....I am useless.......still I have an excuse...I'm a man.

My birthday was on November the 8th. I went out to watch Liverpool vs Birmingham City in the pub, and then went to a nightclub.

went to Hull and back! Nottingham Panthers were playing Hull Stingrays (07/01/2007). it was also our back-up net minder's birthday. i went with about 50 other people on a coach. there wasn't a party or anything, but we were all happy on the way back because we won 4-2! i love ice hockey, and that was the perfect way to spend my birthday.
