Mine has always stayed the same. How exactly does downloading work? Do you pay for all downloads? Do you pay for downloading video content and songs?

It depends on your plan. How much your allowed to download before your either shaped or billed for extra downloads. Video content is usually the largest to download. look at http://whirlpool.net.au/

Your ISP will only charge you if they offer downloads from their main site and you use them.

If you do pay for downloads from third party it will be done by means of electronic payment between you and them and not billed by your ISP. No you do not pay for all downloads unless you want to if it makes you feel safer that way. Downloading from sites not asking for payment is free.

Only your provider can answer that...could be a number of things like taxes, fees, and although rare..even usage. In most cases for broadband, you do not pay by the download, you are just paying for the usage of bandwidth.

yep. They can charge it to your phone bill. Mine stays the same. Tell 'em you were drunk. No, tell 'em it was somebody else. What am I talking about? I haven't even paid mine yet. Good luck to both of us.
