Help. im doing my NVQ 3 in health and social care and i am doing HSC 375- administer medication to individuals. Im really stuck on the question above all about physiological measurements and monitoring of medication please Help if you can xx

If medication is not monitored , given the fact that your mind and body change daily It is possible for the medication to give sudden change in adverse effects.
