Palestine was never a country in and of itself. Palestinian is the name that is given to a group of people who live in the area that was home to Jews in the time of Christ.

It was under the British Mandate until 1946... and the British referred to the country as Palestine, and called the Arab people there Palestinians.

Then the EU Zionist movement all based on religious rights made the tiny state of Israel... against the wishes of all the surrounding countries. This is when our foreign policies became one sided.

there is no record of there ever existing a 'palestine'
But the Land of Israel has existed since ancient times
