lots of different kinds of headaches.

A sinus headache is more along the brows of the eyes. Sinus meds and a steam shower may help.

A cold cloth along the forehead and lie down in a cold, dark, room.

migraines can be excruciating pain. See your doctor if the headache persists.

Also, you can have your eyes checked and may be the root of your headaches.

Tylenol, advil ect will help MINOR headaches. Headaches lasting longer than two days need to be treated and tested. For your own safefy, get to the dr if it persist. They have test they can run such as mri cat scans and other ones.

good luck and hope you get rid of those headaches

not trying to become over dependent to PCM (Paracetamol), try to get some sleep first.

If you still feel the headache, just pop 2 PCM and rest.

normally, you should be back to normal with a couple of hour.. ;)

I have occasional migrains (mostly during exam season) and I usually sleep a lot after taking my meds, and stay away from tv, computer or books...just relax and take a walk to get some air :o)
