You are using a good graphic card. Sometimes people tempted by any game and buy new one but when see nothing in it feel very disappointed. A loss.

7950GT is currently the fastest AGP card. BUT since you already have a 7800GS, do not expect awesome performance improvement w/ the upgrade.

If you want REAL gaming performance improvement under Vista, you should consider moving up to PCIe and getting a 8800GTS DX10 card.

Wait... Your listed specs indicates that you already have a 7800GS. I'd just stick with that until DX10 games start releasing, then switching to an 8-series.
