Does the Anti Mc Cann clique envy everyone who is smart and successful?

The McCann’s are using their undoubted ability to gain publicity which may help find their dear daughter

They are not "Guilty" just because they are smart successful people, some commentators write like jealous losers . Even
top level people like the McCann’s can have a tragedy as we have just seen

Anyone who hates people who have lost a child in this way is a sad case of envy overriding decent behaviour to this unfortunate couple. Some of the comments made against the McCann’s are libellous and warrant legal action. Internet comment can be traced .

Oh yes and the "private aircraft trip" mentioned several times by the losers. As if people like the Mc Cann's are happy to swap their child for an aircraft trip? and the criticism of the Pope meeting is about as sick as I have seen

Piltman I was hoping to answer a question by you I do not hate the mccans but I do believe they should be prosecuted for abandoning their children.To answer your question no I do not envy those who are smart and successful as I feel I can say I am smart and actually very successful.So I can not say that I have done anything libellous unless having an opinion is libellous.My opinion is these two left their 3 children under 4 unattended for at least 30 min intervals they were not able to hear should their children shout cry.Even you must agree is not right.Also they left a door unlocked possibly open this again could not been seen by them at all times.I feel they should be prosecuted for child abandonment.I also if you read through other answers I have given lost a child he was only missing for 30 mins and was found safe and well so have a slight inkling of their feelings although in no way can equate it to the way they feel.I myself would like to see them come home not touch anymore of the money collected and go only to places with definate sightings.I am not catholic so I can not comment on the visit but know I would take great calm from my local vicar who I happen to know .I hope piltman you can see although I am not a fann of the mccanns and our views differ that I am not a sicko just an average person and I think the mccanns need to face a few home truths.

I'm a parent and would not like to be in the McCanns shoes right now, with a child missing.

Having said that, I do find it somewhat disturbing that they are swanning around Europe to highlight the image of their daughter and in the process leaving the two younger siblings behind.

Me personally, I would have those twins nailed to me for fear of something happening to them. Call me obsessive if you like.

Also, its not a question of envy of the McCanns, people will always comment on what they see and read, the fact remains that they did leave the children unsupervised, and as doctors would report such things to the authorities if Joe Bloggs and his missus in the street did exactly what you suggest they shouldn't be critiscised for!

Perhaps the mistakes they made on that fateful evening with Maddy and her siblings, should serve as a lesson to all of us how precious our children are, and that our social lives should take a second place to our childcare responsibilities.

I am a professional person and deal with dilemmas across the range, hopefully Maddy will be located and returned to her parents soon, unlike the poor little 2 year old I had to deal with who suffered horrendous injuries before her death.

Well, just because someone has money does not make them anymore deserving of finding their missing child than anyone else. I hate how missing children are not in the media unless they come from a family of means. Even worse, this time, the family of means lost their child because of obvious neglect. But yet, we're still supposed to feel sorry for them... uh yeah, no I don't.

Means or dirt poor, at the end of the day their daughter is still missing because they left a great advantage for a predator to invade an unsupervised hotel room. So, yes, it disgusts me a bit to see them using their money power to gain undeserved media attention, when there are plenty of more responsible parents that have lost children who don't have the same privilege.

I am a loving parent and would never want to be in the McCann's shoes I am neither envious or jealous of the couple.
I might not agree with them leaving 3 babies alone and have expressed my opinion on that matter but I wouldn't wish losing a child on anyone .

You mention that the McCann's are smart, well leaving 3 babies alone wasn't a smart action was it ? As doctors they know how quickly a baby or small child can choke on next to nothing. That is just one example of how smart they wasn't on that awful night the little mite went missing.

Gestapo? they do merely no longer want human beings to be armed because of the fact it would desire to impression their jobs. If human beings can shield themselves who will call the law enforcement officers? people who can shield themselves won't call on them and there could be much less law enforcement officers required. they are against that.

yeh ok, i agree that some people are instead out focusing on trying to support the McCans in trying to find their daughter, they are pointing the finger, but I think you are going a bit too much the other way, addressing the great yahoo community in this tone is just asking for more negative comments.
I just hope they find their daughter safe and well, and then we should worry about how it happened.

Couldn't TWO doctors and their friends AFFORD? the child care facilities available.
No doubt these two and their 'medical' friends would've been the first to report a parent for the apparent abuse of a child if it had appeared with a bruise in A & E. With the attitude "YES BUT, YES BUT!"
