Just my opinion here. My description of a commercial kitchen is the type restaurants have. They include many appliances for cooking of different types. These include grilling, frying and baking. My idea of an industrial kitchen is one designed for one specific type of food. One for bread would have lots of ovens. No fryers, no grills. The equipment could be classified as industrial or commercial for both since they are not designed for home use. Although you can buy stoves that "look" like commercial units, they have lower BTU's and are insulated to protect surrounding areas.
