Put the cat out. Strange really I have not got one. Then check all electrical appliances are safe so that my flat does not burn to the ground and fry everyone alive. Or that there is no one hiding in the shadows ready to slit my throat while I sleep.
Now if u can sleep after that you are a better person than me. I will give sleep a miss h aha
