You can add some Baking soda to your soap or liquid soap just sprinkle some on your hands and add liquid soap or rub a bar of soap on your hands wash your hands for at least thirty to forty seconds then rinse with the hottest water you can stand

Or rinse your hands in some White Vinegar rub your hands for a few seconds then rinse in the hottest water you can stand, there will be a scent of vinegar for a few minutes but it will dissipate

As far as your Breath use some Baking soda on your toothbrush and use as you would toothpaste, you can add mint extract if you like to take away the baking soda flavor, this will freshen your breath and take away the cigarette odor and clean your teeth and remove the stain like tar and nicotine from your teeth, you will have a brighter whiter smile

Good Luck !

Working in the restaurant, we would bite a lemon to clean our breath and then rub it on the hands to takeaway our cigarette smell before going back to our customers. It was pleasant to the customers and they never knew we snuck a cig before their order came up.

This is very difficult. You could try to mask the odour with perfume or similar. Wash thoroughly, clean your teeth, but the very best I can offer you is to NOT SMOKE in the first place. It is disgusting, as you are now finding out, because you want methods of masking the odour. For your health's sake, and the sake of others around you, PLEASE try to stop. Good luck!

Spray your clothes with a 50/50 mixture of water and vinegar. It helps. I always wash my clothes in vinegar when I have been hanging out with smokers.

those little things of spray listerine work like a charm! I smoked and hubby didn't - he couldn't tell. Then for safety I would use one of those listerine strips. Yes I would even spray it on my fingers.

for everything else - I would spray Febreze.
