Well it's not just women that keep changing their minds. All humans have that tendency. For example you go to a shop and see two of the latest Ipods, you aren't able to decide which one would be better. Half heartedly you buy one and then you see your friend with the other one. Whatever u say, u will at that moment think that the other one is better than yours. So your mind keeps changing. As the proverb goes, the grass is always greener on the other side. So i would say that it is not just a woman's prerogative to change her mind.

Its everyone's prerogative to change their mind once or twice or every now and then not all the time. When that happens it becomes irritating and frustrating.
